- Back Home -

The outer skin of the exterior walls were removed and extensive structural damage was found.  This damage was due to construction defects dating back to when the building was constructed, i.e. leaking windows.  This defect was found throughout this townhome development resulting in heavy homeowner assessments to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. So, is an inspection needed on common areas of a townhome or condominium?   I think we have answered the question with a resounding YES!
