Assistant: to
Mr. Miller - Tampa Bay
Hourly
Rate: starting
@ $15.00/hr.
Hours:
On demand Monday thru Friday (part time)
Duties
Include:
Driving, assisting
Mr. Miller in performing inspections.
Applicant will be
trained on how to perform building inspections, mold inspections and new
construction inspections, both residential & commercial.
Experience in the building/construction industry is helpful.
No smoking, no drugs,
no democrats need apply. Background checks will be performed.
WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR:
Experienced licensed Florida Contractors interested in becoming
certified and licensed Home inspectors. For
certified home inspectors that have or still own their own company and
no longer want to deal with scheduling, insurance, marketing and
responsibilities that come with ownership. Those who are currently or in the past have worked for
multi-inspector firms and have become disenchanted with management
and/or compensation packages. We would like to talk to those
interested in selling their current Home inspection company. Minimum requirements
for applicants must
be ASHI Certified or Florida State Licensed Contractor. Please, no NACHI inspectors.
