Suncoast Inspections conducts commercial inspections in Tampa and throughout Florida, and provides Property Condition Assessment reports to complete the due diligence project. Chris Miller is the driving force behind Suncoast Inspections, bringing 25 years of commercial and residential home building experience to his work, as well as expertise working on numerous commercial structures from multi story structures to large condominium projects.

We were contracted to assess the roof systems, generators, HVAC, Cooling Towers, Lift stations, Electrical Service, Elevators, Windows, Doors and report on the systems’ life expectancy and cost to repair or replace.
The Progress Energy Building – Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida
We worked for the contractor (Brassfield & Gorri) of the Progress Energy Building in St. Petersburg, Florida

Suncoast Inspections performed a mold inspection for the tenant. The mold was caused from moisture generated from roof leaks due to poor maintenance of the roof by the landlord.
