The
Historical Snell Building - circa 1928 - St. Petersburg Florida
Suncoast Inspections was contracted by the HOA of this unique, turn of the
century, historical
building in St. Petersburg to do an "Existing Assessment of all Common Areas".
This included the entire exterior, roof systems, generators, HVAC,
Cooling Towers, Lift stations, Electrical Service, Elevators, Windows
and Doors. Our job was to report on all the systems current condition,
life expectancy and the cost to repair or replace.

The Chalets on White Sands - Clearwater Beach Florida
 Suncoast Inspections was
contracted to do a "Post Construction Assessment"
for the HOA of the common areas prior to the contractor handing over
the building to the owners.

Advanced C4 Solutions - Tampa Florida
Suncoast Inspections was contracted to do a comprehensive building
inspection before AC4S's acquisition in addition to their warehouse
facilities off site.

inspection before the buyers acquisition.

- Retirement Community - Palm Harbor, Florida
 Our job
was to oversee the repairs of the tile roofs on 151 villas.
This included quantity and quality of those repairs. We are
currentlyworking with the HOA to produce specifications for a complete
roof replacement throughout the development and the oversight of the
work.
Retail Strip Mall - St. Petersburg Florida
Suncoast Inspections perform a mold inspection for a tenant. The
mold was caused from moisture generated from roof leaks due to poor
maintenance of the roof by the landlord.
Two Story Retail/Commercial Office Building - Downtown St. Petersburg Florida
We provided Roof Thermography service for the owner.
The Waffle House Restaurant Chain - Orlando & St. Augustine Florida
The property owner contracted us to assess the condition of buildings in
Jacksonville and Orlando after tenants had moved out.
The Disston Regency Apartments - St. Petersburg Florida
The HOA contracted Suncoast Inspections to assist in the selection of
a roofing contractor, material selection and
application of the new roof.
Palm Harbor United Methodist Church - Palm harbor Florida
Suncoast Inspections was contracted to assess the original defective
foam roof and
assist with the legal claim against the roofer. The roofer
eventually refinished the roof.

Chalets on White Sands - 10 New Condominiums on the Gulf of Mexico
You did a nice job for Chalets and I believe we've been able to have
the contractor do most of the work deficiencies you noted. On the roof
tile issue, the installer is giving us a 10 year extended warranty.
